YouTube says gambling ads are a violation of policies on Black Lives

YouTube has warned about videos attempting to play its Adsense system by encouraging viewers to view the video repeatedly or click on their ads to raise income. The behavior emerged, as YouTubers tried to find creative ways to support the movement of Black Lives Matter with some promising donations of their video ad revenue.
 
The aim was for audiences to contribute to a good cause through the promotion of frequent viewings or ad clicks even though they do not have the funds to donate money directly. But now, Variety reports take some of these videos down.
 
While YouTube says designers are free to donate organic ad revenue, trying to artificially inflate the metrics of a video violates its policy.
 
It alerts you to remove videos from the platform, whether it be their title, description or content, and not the creator who uploaded it will be paid for views or clicks. This information is provided on your web site. Advertisers are not charged either.
 
The video platform said that 'We are aware that some of you have begun these efforts without understanding the policies,' and that 'YouTube will donate to initiatives in racial justice to recognize the efforts that have been made over the last week.'
 
Yesterday, YouTube also announced its contribution of US$ 100 million to 'amplifying' the voices of black creators on its platform.
 
Instead, YouTube asks creators, where possible, to add "Donate" to their videos. Variegated states that there are now 40,000 outlets available for use, but that non-profits are expected to meet a variety of conditions, including a US 501(c)(3) government charity and becoming a Google member for non-profits, in order to be qualified to obtain cash from the app.
 
Channels not eligible to attach to non-profit organizations or fundraising campaigns that use their end screens, YouTube says.
