TikTok is hosting another production of the Ratatouille musical

The Ratatouille TikTok musical will be back on Sunday night for the encore performance on the stage where it all began. TikTok is hosting another performance of the streaming musical that premiered online on New Year's Day, which has already donated more than $1 million to The Actors Fund.

The musical has come together over the last few months at TikTok, with composers, fans, stage designers, costumers and choreographers producing musical numbers for the fictitious "show" that was created around the 2007 Disney/Pixar animated film. Seaview Productions then revealed in December that the show was being produced in collaboration with TikTok.

Disney/Pixar gave his blessing, and the show drew major Broadway names to perform the crowd-sourced songs.

Wayne Brady plays Django, Andrew Barth Feldman plays Linguini, Ashley Park almost steals the stage as Colette, Andre de Shields plays Anton Ego, Adam Lambert is Emile, and Tituss Burgess stars as Remy, a rodent with a penchant for fine food. The score was given by the 20-piece Broadway Sinfonietta orchestra.

The show drew generally positive reviews from theater critics; the New York Times called it a "silly, multi-layer delight" and the Los Angeles Times said it demonstrated what the future of musical theater could look like.
