The annual Pokémon Go Fest is live, thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, from 25 July to 26 July this year. The festival is usually held in some cities around the country, encouraging players to visit and play the famous AR game at specific places like the major parks.
In Chicago in 2017, the first Pokémon Go Fest marked the one-year anniversary of this video, but the future festivals will be expanded to other nations, including Japan and Germany.
This is the first time that participants to Pokémon Go Fest can participate in both days of the event — before that players can attend only one of these two days.
The number of tickets available is expected by Niantic. "Seranka, director for publicity and global events Michael Steranka said in a blog post," Because this is a worldwide phenomenon, we will take action to make tickets available to as many Trainers as possible.
While Niantic has not yet clarify precisely what will be included in the two day festival, it states "new features, games and surprises."
It is an outdoor discovery and physical activity of an AR game. Niantic has updated the game to make it accessible to players who already consider simulated monsters on their smartphones by introducing time-limited, remote-friendly features such as simulated raids.
