What if freedom was to stop paying electricity bills? Why pay for heat when we have an unlimited source of energy above our heads? A couple of Americans passionate about travel and caravans, Matthew and Joanna Hofmann, decided to tackle the problem head on by embarking on the crazy adventure of caravan builders. A few years ago, they created their company Living Vehicle and today, they present their ultimate model: a Living Vehicle finally self-sufficient. Here is a dream come true.  

5 stars. The 2022 edition of the Living Vehicle is certainly autonomous, but luxury is not put aside, far from it. The interior space is approximately 22 m2 and it is composed of a kitchen with removable island, a bathroom with a rain shower and a bedroom equipped with a home cinema… Clou of the show, the toilets are eco-responsible with a compost system. 

With good sun conditions, the solar power supply for the caravan can last indefinitely according to its designers. Solar panels can generate up to 3,520 W of power. The superior model, equipped with a 20 kmW double inverter, also allows this energy to be used to recharge its electric vehicle. Thus, you will be totally in terms of mobility. 

Absolute freedom comes at a price. The Living Vehicle 2022 costs 210,000 euros for the base model. The version with the double inverter costs it a bit more expensive, around 420,000 euros. You can order your copy now on their website , but there is no indication that delivery is possible in Europe. Afterwards, if you are ready to spend such an amount, we know that anything is possible for you.
