The operation relationship with YouTube would eventually lead to calls of duty drops

The Call of Duty League (CDL) has revealed that you will be able to win prizes, or drops, in the near future to watch CDL broadcasts and it seems like the Overwatch League will also be tinkering with the drops. The announcement comes in line with the multiannual agreement between Activision Blizzard and YouTube that made Google the sole streaming partner of Activision's Esports Ligues. This was announced in January.
For rewards, you will need to view live matches for your Activision account on a CDL Web site or the Call of Duty Enterprise app logged into a CDL blog post. Such bonuses can include squad emblems, sprays and animated calling cards.

When it was streaming solely on Twitch, Overwatch League offered drops, so it would not be surprising to see similar functionality now that the league is broadcast on YouTube again. In reality it will not be the first titles to use YouTube's Drop feature, given that Blizzard is also having a game drop. And epic games offered free Fortnite cosmetics to look at the Fortnite World Cup on YouTube last July.

In addition to gameplay, drops were a good tool for helping fellow Riot Games create a buzz for their next tactical shooter in beta.

Initially, Riot gave the beta to a few people and gradually offered additional keys for viewers who tuned into Valorant streams. Fens trying to get Valorant 's coveted beta access saw 334 million hours in April of the eye-watering game.
It seems doubtful, because Riot had access to many more unreleased, experimental titles, that Call of the Duty League and the Overwatch League will get equivalent numbers with their incumbent awards Nonetheless, the drops could inspire more fans to play live matches to get a lot in the game.
