It's no wonder Bill Gates and Steve Jobs completely revolutionized the Information Technology and will always be hailed as the pioneers of personal computers. With careers spanning more than three decades and as leaders of rival companies, Gates and Jobs's reputation as fierce competitors will always be seen as cornerstone of personal growth and mutual respect for each other's work.

If we closely analyze these two personalities, we find that Bill Gates was more astute and shrewd who possessed the ability to make quick and effective decisions. Steve Jobs, on the other hand, was more stern and harsh and was perceived as someone who was very demanding and even difficult to work with.  He had a very creative mindset and was someone who would go great lengths to bring his vision to life.
