The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has launched “UPI-Help” on the Bhim App for digital payments.

The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), India's umbrella organization for digital payments, has introduced the "UPI-Help" feature on the BHIM UPI App. The aim is to resolve any problems or concerns that users may have during UPI transactions.

Users may use UPI-Help to register any transaction-related complaint online using their BHIM UPI App. Users will be able to monitor the status of pending transactions as well. They may also file complaints about unprocessed transactions or money that has not been sent to the intended recipient.

First and foremost, NPCI has gone live on the BHIM app for State Bank of India, AXIS Bank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank customers. Customers of Paytm Payments Bank and TJSB Sahakari Bank will be able to use UPI-Help in the near future. In the coming months, users of other UPI-enabled banks will be able to take advantage of the best of UPI-Help, according to NPCI.

This window is currently open on the BHIM app for customers of State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank, and ICICI Bank, according to the NPCI. Other customers, such as those of Paytm Payments Bank, TJSB Sahakari Bank, and other participating banks, will be able to take advantage of UPI-Help at a later date.

NPCI went on to say, The UPI-Help framework is an example of how technology and creativity can be combined to provide a future-proof customer grievance redressal mechanism. Because of the increased trust in their UPI transactions, the UPI-Help going live on BHIM UPI would instill a sense of confidence and enable more users to enter the digital payments ecosystem.

It's a mobile payment app from India. The National Parks Conservation Institute (NPCI) created the app. Its foundation is the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) (UPI). The program enables e-payments to be made directly via banks. It is focused on the Immediate Payment Service and supports all Indian banks that use UPI (IMPS).
