The Mars rover of China goes more than 800 meters on the red planet

As early as Friday, according to the Chinese NSC Lunar Exploration and Space Program Center, Chinese rover Zhurong has gone over 800 meters across the red planet's surface.

Zhurong has traveled over a difficult ground full of rocks, craters, and dunes and his camera rear danger avoidance caught the rover traveling barely across the rocks.

The rover has been operating for 82 Martian days on Mars surface from August 6th 2021, and the orbiter is orbiting for 379 days. Both of them are in fine working order.

A Martian day is about 40 minutes longer on Earth than one day.
