Tesla is said to have added USB-C ports to US models 3 vehicles and wireless charging phones.

Tesla started connecting to its Fabric in Fremont, Calif., Model 3 vehicles a wireless telephone chargeer and USBC ports recorded by the Elektrek. As Drive Tesla Canada first mentioned, Tesla's Model Y was already available, and the carmaker started to add it to its Chinese Model 3 vehicles last month.

Tesla began to supply model Y to US customers in March with the Qi wireless charger as standard, yet, according to Elektrek, it's still only available as a postmarket complement for model 3 vehicles.

In North America last month, Tesla lowered its Model 3, Model S and Model X prices, as did its Model S and Model X cars in China. Its Model 3 Chinese manufactured cars saw no reduction in size. The price reductions would have been an attempt to increase sales. In the first quarter, many car manufacturers saw a decline in demand for vehicles due to a coronavirus pandemic.

Tesla's Fremont factory has been the scene of some controversy over the past few weeks; the company started to make cars another month after closing the 23rd March as a part of a shutdown order in Alameda County while it fought with local officers to decide whether to resume operations. Tesla CEO Elon Musk menaced to suspend California operations and lodged a petition about the residence ban.
