Tech giants decide to re open offices, but they differ on different hybrid office plans.

Apple, Google and Twitter have now decided to open their offices that may put an end to the popular home working policies.  Like most other organizations, every company shuttered corporate offices keeping up with social distancing measures in the early stages of the Covid19 pandemic in 2020, shifting their focus quickly to support remote work.

Now, the three Tech companies have made a firm decision to reopen their companies after failing to do so due to the ongoing pandemic. These three giant tech companies will adopt hybrid policies which combine remote and in office work for staff.

Many other companies have already begun their transition.  With Vaccines becoming more accessible to the office staff, Microsoft made an announcement that it would be reopening office beginning from February 28.  This move put an end to the final stage of Microsoft's" hybrid work journey that had been in effect for almost two years.

In a similar manner, Apple made an announcement asking their staff to return to the office at least three days a week, a decision which wasn't received favorably by the employees of the company.  Many employees protested against this decision and even signed petitions expressing their disapproval and dissatisfaction.  Apple announced that it would be reopening its office from April 11.

Google has announced that it would be reopening its office from April 4. While Twitter has made an announcement that it would be re opening its office from March 15.
