Up to now it has been a chore if you wanted more than an image to be included in a single posting on Reddit. Most users had to drop links to external sites such as Imgur into a post or answer, especially on the mobile phones. Today, however, Reddit adds the Image Gallery, the new feature that allows you to combine multiple images or GIFs into a single post even if you're mobile.
Earlier, redditors had one way of uploading several images directly to the site if they used a Reddit desktop. Users can select multiple images by using the Fancy Pants editor to move them to a post or select a small picture icon and highlight what images to add.
New image galleries from Reddit will now allow you to post up to 20 images or GIFs on a single post, supporting several videos in a "soon after launch" article, according to Reddit. Reddit. Every community can enable the Image Gallery function, but community moderators must decide to permit their members to use that feature.
The functionality is available on desktop and iOS devices and is available next week for Android devices. On the way, Reddit wants to add support in the single message for users who share several types of files (GIFs, pictures , and videos).
