Most of his addresses are beamed live on his personal Twitter account. According to his @narendramode handle, Mr Modi joined Twitter in January 2009, followed 2354 accounts.
In September of 2019, Prime Minister Modi had five crore followers. The Twitter administration of the Prime Minister's Office has 3.7 crore followers. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who joined Twitter in April 2015, has more than 1.5 crore followers.
Gandhi follows 267 Twitter accounts, according to his actions.
Modi has more than 4.5 crore followers on Instagram. US President Donald Trump has more than 8.3 crore followers on Twitter, followed by 46 accounts.
