Microsoft Outlook and other programs now allow you to compose emails using your voice.

Voice features are coming to Microsoft's Outlook mobile app, allowing users to create emails and organize meetings using voice commands. This functionality is powered by Microsoft's virtual assistant, which will be accessible in Outlook for iOS first and then for Android later.

This function will be highlighted by a new plus sign symbol that will appear in the Outlook mobile app soon. You may ask for a variety of items, search for files, and add calendar entries by touching the + symbol. Furthermore, you may just use your voice to attach files to your emails.

When it comes to writing an email, however, the function of pronouncing every word will be identical to Word's dictation tool. Microsoft is also releasing a separate Scheduler Microsoft 365 service today, which is aimed for administrators to use as a backend for scheduling meetings and responding to relevant communications, in addition to the voice feature.
