It is easier to obtain an e-mail before the election with VoteByMail

The process of signing up to vote by mail is being simplified by a new Website.

VoteByMail.io is a new service, which is designed to help registered voters sign up to the postal ballot by volunteers with professional experience in many major companies, including Google, Intel, Nike, Dropbox and other. This site is available in nine languages and VoteByMail has partnerships, including Vote.org, in support of the launch.

The Site requests your details and uses them to locate your local election officer and to create a letter to ask for a vote by mail vote.

After you have filled out the request, VoteByMail sends you a copy of the request to both the election officer and to see what has been sent.
VoteByMail informs The Verge that its website fully supports 16 declarations that allow you to send your local official an e-mail or fax request. In addition to Washington, DC and parts of Pennsylvania which support digital recording, VoteByMail plans to add support for eight more countries in the future.

VoteByMail integrates Vote.org with Vote to support voters in filling out the required form. However, there is another step: voters in these countries will have to print the paper themselves and mail it.

Registering to vote by post can be a difficult process that depends on the state in which you live. The correct website, the proper form, the correct info, and the correct election officer will often be required to be found. VoteByMail simplifies the process by finding your local election officer, gathering certain basic information necessary for the vote, and sending all the information for you. If you do not receive a mail-in vote, you must still check with your local elections board to make sure you can vote at an election season.

During the request for your vote, VoteByMail collects some of your personal information. VoteByMail told The Vorders that this information is being collected so that the effectiveness of its communication can be measured, user feedback received and the election officers are responsible for failing in the processing of voting-by-mail registration. VoteByMail states that the website is built on "some of the safest cloud technologies available," to secure your data on the database.

Because of the pandemic, many countries highlight the risk of infection in the polls by e-mail voting. There are some countries which have made it easier to vote without going to polls because of the pandemic.
