Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi launches Self-reliant India Innovation Challenge

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has introduced a new challenge Self-reliant India Innovation under Digital India and the last date to apply in it is 18 July.

To make the country digital and self-reliant, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a step forward and launched the 'Self-reliant India Innovation Challenge'. In this challenge, people will get a chance to win prizes up to 20 lakh rupees. PM Modi himself has shared the information about this challenge through a post on his Twitter. This challenge is divided into many different categories, including challenges ranging from photo editing to gaming apps.

This challenge has been launched by NITI Aayog under the partnership of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and Atal Innovation Mission. In the 'Self-reliant India Innovation Challenge' people will have to create mobile games, social media and photo-video editing apps. A maximum reward of up to Rs 20 lakh can be received under the challenge. This app has been given the mantra named 'Make in India for India and the World' and aims to inspire people to make Make in India apps.
