For $29 million, Elon Musk is selling Bel-Air house to Chinese billiardaire

The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing public records, that Tesla Inc. Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk was selling one of their homes in Bel-Air, Los Angeles for $29 million.

"Nearly every physical property I sell." Musk said in a tweet on May 1. "I won't own any home."
 
The buyer is a Chinese billionaire William Ding company, according to the report. He is the founder and CEO of the online gaming company NetEase Inc.
 
In 2012, Musk purchased the house from the cofounder of the hedge fund Canyon Capital advisors, Mitchell Julis, for 17 million dollars.
 
The WSJ report said that Musk still possesses other properties in the area.
