Fantastic 3.1 adds new features designed specifically for home work

Fantastical Calendar app is getting its first major update, as developer Flexibits rebooted the app in January with a new subscription model, and it focuses on adding a number of new features designed for customers who work from home to facilitate the integration of conference calls and manage their work-life balance.

Fantastical 3.1 's biggest new feature is its ability to automatically detect links in conference calls invited calendars, which enables the app to view the video call icon in your calendar views for these meetings, and adds a simple "Join" button to quickly connect your call from the app.

The new feature is supported by Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Google Meeting, Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, RingCentral, BlueJeans and Skype for Business.

There is also a new alternative that sets calendars — a brilliant previous function that gives users a particular calendar depending on their position – which is more convenient for a non-commuting way of living, for example, as they display their calendar at work and their home calendar at home.

Now you can schedule your calendars, so only during working hours (if you choose) will your "work" calendar be viewed, rather than offering geographic triggers.

In January, Fantastic revisited the Mac, iPhone , iPad and Apple Watch phones. It has moved to a new Fantastical Premium membership, costing $4.99 a month, or $39.99 a year, rather than making single-time purchases for pricers.
