China launches a new satellite to survey the space world.

On Friday, the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in Shanxi Province, north China, successfully launched an experiment satellite into expected orbit.
 
At 7:01 a.m., a Long March-4B carrier rocket launched the Shiyan-6 satellite, the third in the Shiyan-6 sequence (Beijing Time).
 
It will be used to conduct space environment surveys and technology tests.
 
The Long March rocket sequence launched for the 365th time on Friday.
