Atlanta Apple store workers claim "Intimidation" has made union vote unfair and impossible.

Workers at the Cumberland Mall apple store have made up their minds that they will no longer hold a union election in June, according to Bloomberg. The Communications Workers of America (or CWA), the union that was in charge of organizing the store, says it had to withdraw the request to hold an election because "Apple's persistent violations of the national Labor Relations Act have made a free and fair election impossible"

The vote, which was about to begin on June 2nd, would have been the first union election to take place at a US Apple Store had it gone through.
