Amazon decides to end its PTO policy for workers with COVID 19
Amazon has decided that it will no longer grant up to seven days of paid time off (PTO) for workers stricken with COVID 19, the company made an announcement in an internal memo obtained from a source. Starting Monday, Amazon announced it will offer up to five days of unpaid, excused leave, with the option for workers to use the paid sick time they have accumulated.
